Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions
Hire out equipment on clear terms covering hire charges, care, damage, loss and return.
Before you start
- Owner details: the Owner's full legal name, ABN, street address, email address, phone number and privacy policy web address.
- Choices for the conditions: the interest rate on late payments, the maintenance arrangement, the holding over period, the public liability amount the Hirer must hold, the cap on early termination compensation, and the Renter Protection threshold, excess and percentage.
- For each hire: the Hirer's full legal name, ABN or ACN and contact details, a description of each item with make, model and serial number, where it will be kept, the dates, any minimum hire period, the rental rate, payment terms, delivery arrangements, insurable value, full new replacement cost and whether Renter Protection is taken.
