2. Choose DIY or solicitor-checked
DIY: your document is completed from your answers and ready to download straight away. No solicitor reads it, and it is not legal advice.
Solicitor-checked: a NSW solicitor reviews your answers and the finished document, fixes anything that needs fixing, and releases it to you within 1 to 3 business days. You get a costs disclosure before any work starts.
3. Sign with confidence
Every document comes with a separate plain-English guide to completing, signing and keeping it, so the document itself stays clean.
